One Thing You Surely Missed In The Last DBS Episode!
Hey guys! What’s up? Are you still having a hangover after watching the latest episode of Dragon Ball Super 130? I personally know some people who are still absorbing the episode. All the drama, speeches and the surprise is just perfect. The news of you know who returning in the last episode crashed streaming sites.
Literally, when I posted this article where I was trying to prove that Android 17 cannot be ‘dead’ by using proper and Dragon Ball logic, people didn’t believe me. The very same people are now going crazy when Dragon Ball Super brought him back. Well, I am still really glad that we have Android 17 all well and safe.
Well, let’s get into the main topic of this article. I am going to talk about this one thing I AM SURE nearly 85% of the people missed. I myself found this on reddit where people were getting confused over this. I went on and watched the episode in slow motion. The people were correct, Goku was actually doing something so ingenious.
We all know that ‘flying’ is not allowed, more like you don’t have the power to fly unless you have wings or something. Most of the time we see characters flying but it’s mostly dashes or just fighting in the air. In the last episode we see Goku dodging Jiren’s ki attacks, we all thought that he was just simply flying and the rules just don’t matter now.
That’s NOT the case! When Goku powers up against Jiren and charges at him, Jiren starts shooting Ki waves at him. At that very moment, Goku starts creating Ki balls first with his hand and surfs on it, then does the same with his legs and rollerskates on it. It happens so fast that it’s really hard to notice, you need to watch it in slow motion.
Well, still this definitely goes with the most bad ass things Goku has done, and it deserves more praise. I thank the entire animation team for presenting this marvelous episode to all of us Dragon Ball Super fans. He did the same in his fight against Kefla but that time he surfed using his charged up Ka Me Ha Me Ha then.
Goku has even used Ka Me Ha Me Ha and other ki blasts from his feet as well back in Dragon Ball too but I doubt anyone remembers that now. Well, this is the first time Goku has used this technique to surf on enemies ki blasts like he did against Kefla and Jiren. It looks simple at first glance but it would be so hard to do it.
I mean, just imagine, if you come in contact with Jiren’s ki blast, the ki blast is going to explode at that moment only and hit you. To avoid that, Goku needs to create such a ki ball and continuously supply energy to it so that he can keep nullifying Jiren’s ki blast. This allows him to use the ki blast as a foothold and surf without getting hit.
Plus, remember all of this is happening in like just 1-2 seconds. Doing all this would just make Goku look like he’s dodging them at his whim while he is not. They could’ve skipped this in the animation but they are doing so to show that Goku is not just more powerful than Jiren, he is also struggling and is using his head.
Logic h bhai?
