Dragon Ball Super Introduces A New Evil Saiyan! Locked Up On A Planet?!
Hey guys! How’s it going on?! No new information or any type of leak has been confirmed yet about the new Dragon Ball Super movie. Be it the social media or the offline magazines / media, everything is pretty dry right now. Though, I don’t know if you know that Goku’s Japanese Voice Actress just won a huge award!
We all definitely acknowledge her hard work but what about the others? Well, the Foundation for Promoting Sound Growth of Children and the Child Welfare Foundation in Japan definitely agree as well. They awarded Nozawa with a lifetime achievement award for her contributions to the lives of many children. Now that’s amazing!
Well, let’s get into the real issue we all came here for. Even though, no definite news have been popped up, we have gotten something as exciting as the Dragon Ball Super Movie. You all must know about the Super Dragon Ball Heroes game right? We may have finally gotten our latest evil saiyan spoilers right off the bat! YAY!
The Dragon Ball Heroes card game in Japan has realized so many fan wishes already with the introduction of Super Saiyan 3 Bardock and Super Saiyan 4 Goku fighting Super Saiyan Blue Goku for example. Also, keep in mind that nearly 95% of the stuff related directly to Dragon Ball Super has confirmed to be true.
Even then, their latest reveal takes the cake. Although he’s appeared in the game as part of the newest expansion, there has been a full reveal of this mysterious, unnamed Evil Saiyan in a straitjacket. Now, this is how you actually reveal a evil Saiyan! This is giving me such psychotic and mysterious vibes! This is what we need!
Although this new Evil Saiyan still has not been named, his full appearance has Raditz-like long hair, whited out eyes just like Legendary Super Saiyan Broly / Berserk Mode, and he’s trapped within a contraption made by new foe Fu of the Prison Planet mission in the game. There’s even a bio revealed for him. Check it out!
The rough translation is as follows – “This mysterious warrior is housed in the prison planet by Fuu. This warrior exercises astounding power, it exercises tremendous power once he awakens, rampaging around the whole prison planet. He even overwhelmed Goku!” Damn, now that is some bad ass saiyan we got!
He fights using giant shadowy hands, and even had enough power to have Goku go Super Saiyan Blue off the bat in their first confrontation in the game. He also holds on to the five star Dragon Ball, which is important as the boss of the first few missions held the one and two star balls. This means a conflict with this new character is definitely in the cards for the future.
Now, what does this mean for our canon Dragon Ball Super series? I think this saiyan could be a part of the future arc. I mean, why would they try to hide his face and other features by portraying him in a straitjacket? Also, we need to consider that our future arcs could comprise of ideas including – Parallel worlds, time travel etc.
If you’re unaware of this cool game, Super Dragon Ball Heroes is the latest digital card fighting game and the top earner in the digital card arcade scene in Japan. Developed by Dimps, the update brought enhanced graphics, the ability to play as seven characters at the same time. Fans will most likely recognize some of the characters.
As many of them appear in the Dragon Ball Xenoverse and Dragon Ball Online. Dragon Ball Heroes adds many fan service things to the series like Super Saiyan 4 Gohan, a fusion of Super Android 17 with Android 18, the time patrol, a greater role for the mystical demons in the series like Dabura, and even Android 21 of Dragon Ball FighterZ into its story.
